Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 999cuci website accessible at https://999cuci.run, including all services, games, interfaces and functions available on it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, logs in or uses the 999cuci services.
• "We" or "999cuci" refers to the operator of this platform, which operates under international licensing.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a user to access services on this platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register an account at 999cuci, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition, court order or restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Register voluntarily in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name, MyKad number, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address. Any information that is false, misleading or incomplete may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited. 999cuci reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts detected and to hold any related balances.

3. Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. We recommend that you:

• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's negligence in keeping login information confidential.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999cuci platform are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction regardless of the payment method used. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on this platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawals will be processed within one hour after the request is verified. 999cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account or financial instrument registered in the same user's name. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

999cuci offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and should be reviewed carefully before being claimed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 999cuci welcome bonus is a 120% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000 with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120 — your account balance becomes RM220 and you need to place bets totalling RM3,000 (RM120 × 25) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Requirements

• Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including hedge betting using multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• 999cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

The 999cuci platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and sic bo. Each game category and event has its own specific rules which can be found on the relevant page.

999cuci uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair gameplay. Game results are final and cannot be contested unless there is a clear technical failure that can be verified through our system records.

In the event of a technical failure during a game, 999cuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the user's account. No winnings obtained during a technical failure will be paid out.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

When using the 999cuci platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game results.
• Providing false information to our customer support team.

• Game outcomes that are not in the user's favour, provided the system is functioning correctly.
• Losses arising from account security vulnerabilities caused by the user's own actions or negligence.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned once the review is complete.

999cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or a regulatory compliance requirement. Our decision in such matters is final.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 999cuci holds its operating licence. Users agree to resolve any disputes first through our internal negotiation process before bringing the matter to any tribunal or court.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
